We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Zi Teresa, and would just like to say a big thank you for Tony's Birthday cake he was very pleased with it. We had a great holiday and beautiful rooms also your staff made us feel very welcome, Especially Gianfranco, Carrado and Luigi. Once again thankyou for a memorable holiday.

Estuve un mes recorriendo toda Italia; desde el 01 al 04 de junio de 2013 me alojé en el Zi'Teresa y ha sido una de las experiencias más gratificantes que he tenido en cuanto al profesionalismo, atención, dedicación, servicio al cliente,cortesía de todo el personal, de éste Hotel, dentro y fuera de Italia. El desayuno es excelente y el personal del comedor increíblemente atento y servicial, te alegra la mañana, antes de comenzar el día. Impecable en todo. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y volveré.

Had the most wonderful 7 day holiday in Sorrento from 24.5.2013; enhanced by the staff at Zi Tersa Hotel in Sorrento. The staff were courteous and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.4 friends celebrating a special birthday we took a girlie break to enjoy the sunshine and well earned rest & relaxation. The food was enjoyable, staff in the restaurant were professional, Corrado in the bar was always polite and went out of his way to assist and staff on reception went that "extra mile". I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Sorrento! Special thanks to Corrado, Gian Franco, Alfonso & the rest of the staff.

We spent 10 terrific days in Sorrento at Hotel Zi Teresa. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Michele and Daniel at reception are a guest's dream, always smiling and courteous no matter what you requested. Breakfast was always a good start for the day. Gianfranco and Corrado always took excellent care of our needs to start the day with a smile.

I can not think of a better place to have celebrated our 50th anniversary.

I stayed at the Hotel Zi'Teresa in September on a 'Just You' holiday. We were very lucky with the timing and had a week of lovely sunshine. I enjoyed my 1st visit to Sorrento very much and would like to say thank you to all the staff at the hotel who were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to GianFranco and Corrado for making mealtimes such fun, breakfast in the UK just isn't the same without GianFranco singing!
I would like to come back and take more time to explore the area, the 'Just You' excusions were brilliant but very busy and a week is definitely too short! If I'm brave enough to come back on my own, I will definitely stay at the Zi Teresa.

We had a wonderful 10 days stay at the Zi Teresa in July 2012. The hotel was conveniently situated, clean and all the staff were very friendly, especially the front desk staff and the restaurant staff. The varied menu enabled us to sample the tasty local cuisine. The new pool was a very welcome addition during the beautiful hot weather. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just back from a weeks stay in the most perfect hotel, clean friendly, excellent food and service, would thoroughly recommend this lovelly hotel, the new pool was an added bonus we did not expect.

We stayed at Zi Teresa this past August, 2011. The stay was wonderful, largely due to the wonderful front desk staff. For instance, Fabio sat with us for quite sometime and basically planned our trip around Sorrento and Capri. One night, as we walked the beautiful main street in Sorrento, we ran into Fabio and his family...Again, he chatted with us and asked about our trip around Capri-his commitment to the hotel goes far beyond his front desk position. Michele and Luigi were helpful and pleasant as well. The hotel is clean, centrally located, and has an AMAZING terrace with the best sunset!

My wife and I stayed at Zi teresa from July 15 to July 18 and it was a very pleasant stay during these three nights. The employees Fabio, Michele and Luigi played a main role in this nice time that my wife and me had at Zi Teresa. They were always interested in solve our problems and gave us useful tips for our small trips to Capri and Pompeii. Our special thanks for them.

Siamo stati vostri ospiti dal 21 al 28 agosto e possiamo solo farvi i complimenti per la cordialità, disponibilità e gentilezza. Hotel bello, pulito,comodo per visitare Sorrento e per gite sulla Costiera. Molto buona la cucina, in particolare le torte della colazione!!!
