We stayed at Zi Teresa this past August, 2011. The stay was wonderful, largely due to the wonderful front desk staff. For instance, Fabio sat with us for quite sometime and basically planned our trip around Sorrento and Capri. One night, as we walked the beautiful main street in Sorrento, we ran into Fabio and his family...Again, he chatted with us and asked about our trip around Capri-his commitment to the hotel goes far beyond his front desk position. Michele and Luigi were helpful and pleasant as well. The hotel is clean, centrally located, and has an AMAZING terrace with the best sunset!

My wife and I stayed at Zi teresa from July 15 to July 18 and it was a very pleasant stay during these three nights. The employees Fabio, Michele and Luigi played a main role in this nice time that my wife and me had at Zi Teresa. They were always interested in solve our problems and gave us useful tips for our small trips to Capri and Pompeii. Our special thanks for them.

Siamo stati vostri ospiti dal 21 al 28 agosto e possiamo solo farvi i complimenti per la cordialità, disponibilità e gentilezza. Hotel bello, pulito,comodo per visitare Sorrento e per gite sulla Costiera. Molto buona la cucina, in particolare le torte della colazione!!!

abbiamo soggiornato nel vostro grazioso hotel dal 14 al 17 settembre 2010. Tengo a sottolineare che il nostro giudizio, per quanto riguarda posizione hotel, prima colazione, confort e soprattutto cordialità e gentilezza è più che positivo ( a volte non riscontrabili in hotel di classe superiore). Sarà nostra cura consigliare la vostra struttura ai nostri amici. I migliori saluti.

I was a guest at your hotel with my family and something happened that I will never forget all my life. The last day, at 5 AM, when we were about to leave your hotel, I left my new video camera on the counter of the lobby during check out. I was very worried when I discovered that my camera was lost, but, when I called the hotel, one of the front receptionists, Mr. Michele, reassured me that the camera was at the hotel and they would all they can to send it to me. You must be proud to have such honest staff like Michele, Luca, and Fabio who found the camera and were willing to send it to me. There are still honest people left on this world. MIichele wrapped it so well. Luca found the camera and reported it to Michele, and now I have the camera in perfect condition. Next time I come to Sorrento, I'll come to your hotel because I feel secure and I trust the people working there, and in they are to be commended for it.
Also, your breakfasts are the best! Especially the apple torts and the cakes!!

This was our second visit to the Zi Teresa, the new chef has made a big difference to the food since 2009 and we found it to be of a good standard it being Neapolitian style, the breakfast has a wide selection on offer.
The staff are very friendly and are only too pleased to help and solve any problems.
We would reccomend the hotel as the rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is ideal for the centre of Sorrento and the train station.

Siamo appena tornati da Sorrento...., è stata una bella vacanza e molto positivo anche il soggiorno all'Hotel Zi Teresa. Bella struttura, si mangia bene ed il personale è veramente gentile ed accogliente. Tanti saluti.

I have stayed at the Hotel Zi` Teresa the last four years with a group of 23-25 university students. Our stay has always been very pleasant, and the management and staff have always been very accomodating and helpful to my students and me. Moreovoer the meals (breakfast and dinner) have always been excellent. I would highly recommend this to anybody who wishes to visit Naples and the Amalfi Coast!

This little gem of a hotel is a hidden treasure of Sorrento. Very friendly and helpful staff with the new chef this year made our stay last in our memory. This is the second year in a row we stayed here and we are planning on returning next year. This gem of a hotel should be 4 star instead of the 3 stars that it has now
