International Half a Marathon Maremonti

At its 15th edition, the International Half a Marathon Maremonti will bring also this year thousand of athletes and enthusiasts in Sorrento Peninsula.
The departure and the arrival will be in Sorrento in Lauro Square on March 23rd 2014.
An event not to be missed, conjugating sport and tourism: the run in fact travels all over a road famous all over the world for the extraordinary landscape beauties.
The Kermis is a good occasion to admire the beauty of the Sorrento Peninsula along the coastal line that from Sorrento reaches Massa Lubrense with the Vesuvius that serves as background.

As every year, the Half Marathon will be associated with events which enable the whole competitors to know and to appreciate the wonders of the territory, from the tasting of typical local products to the guided tours to the artistic and landscape beauties of the Sorrento Coast.

On Friday March 21st 2014

Sorrento, Lauro Square, from 3 p.m. till 8 p.m. Bibs and chips will be given

On Saturday March 22nd 2014

Sorrento, Lauro Square, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Bibs and chips will be given.

From 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. opening of the stands with tasting of typical products.

Visit of the run by one's own means or by public bus Sorrento-Massa Lubrense every 30 minutes.
