Sorrento gets ready to held an important cultural artistic event.
Promoted and organized by the Sorrento Foundation the exhibition Twentieth Century Italian Painting - Tradition and Avant-garde will open the doors to the visitors from March 6th to June 7th 2015.

The exhibition will offer an exploratory run through the works of the greatest artistic movements of the last century: from the Historical Avant-garde to the Pop Art, going through the School of Piazza del Popolo, the Surrealism, the Abstract Art till the Expressionism and the Spazialismo.

It will be possible to admire the works of the Italian twentieth century masters Carrà, De Chirico, Bella, Sironi, Morandi, Schifano, Angeli, Boetti and De Dominicis.

So it is not to lose this interesting run documenting the artistic expressions and their evolutions in a whole century.
